  • We are based in Sonoma County and currently service the greater North Bay Area*. Please see the chart below for current delivery and order minimums (subject to change without prior notice):

  • We can service events of all sizes if you are looking for a one-off vintage piece or decor. However, if you are looking to utilize our tables + tabletop wares and decor, we can service events up to 50 guests. Many of our pieces are locally sourced or manufactured in-house, so stay tuned for new additions to our ever-growing inventory!

  • Due to our limited inventory, we always recommend placing your order as early as possible! Placing your order and providing your deposit
    + credit card info is the only way to secure our pieces for your future event. We are accepting orders and deposits up to one (1) year in advance.

  • We do not currently have a showroom, but we hope to bring you one soon! In the meantime, please refer to our in-depth photos of our pieces, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

  • After adding items to your quote on our website, “checkout” by clicking the bag icon in the upper right hand corner. Click “Send Quote Request” and fill out the required form in order to send your quote request to us. We will reach out to you ASAP regarding your quote, including pricing and availability.

  • Our item prices and service charges are subject to change without any prior notice. Quote prices will not change while still valid (our quotes are valid for 30 days from sending date). Once a quote expires, pricing may change. Unconfirmed quotes will be deleted after the 30 day period. Having a valid quote does not guarantee availability of items, the only way to reserve items for your event is to confirm your quote, sign our rental agreement and pay your deposit.

  • Many of our delicate tabletop wares are packed in specific crates or racks, in order to transport them in a safe manner. Here are the set order quantities for these items:

    Barnware Dinner Plate - 5

    Barnware Salad/Dessert Plate - 5

    Yountville Wine Glasses / Coupes / Balloon Glasses - 16

    Larkspur Neat Glasses - 16

    Barlow Tall Glasses / Larkspur Tall Glasses / Barlow Water Glasses - 25

    Sonoma Flatware - sets of 5 (each utensil type)

    Sonoma Serveware - sets of 2 (each utensil type)

  • After final confirmation of your quote, you will receive our rental agreement, as well as our terms and conditions for your review. After signing, you will pay a deposit of 50% of the order total (including delivery + labor costs) and provide a credit card number to put on file. This reserves all items on your quote for your event date.

    Order confirmation will be sent via email, after we receive the signed agreement.

  • After your initial 50% deposit to secure your order, final payment must be made three (3) days before your drop off date (not your event date). Failure to pay the remaining balance for your order three (3) days before drop off will be considered a canceled order, and will result in a forfeiture of 100% of the deposit.

  • Order adjustments may be made by calling or emailing us. The cutoff for adjustments is five (5) days before your drop off date.

    Please note reductions of orders are permitted, however your order total must still meet our delivery minimum for your event location in order to proceed. If the order no longer meets the delivery minimum it will be considered a cancelation in full.

  • Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    Orders cancelled less than 14 days before the order leaves our warehouse (drop off date) will incur a forfeiture of 50% of the deposit.

    Orders cancelled less than 7 days before the order leaves our warehouse (drop off date) will forfeit 100% of the deposit.

  • We accept all major credit cards, check and wire transfers. All credit card transactions are subject to a standard 3% convivence fee.

  • The standard rental period is 3 days, rental periods may be extended for an increased rental rate:

    1-3 days: base rental rate

    4-7 days: 1.5x rental rate

    8-11 days: 2x rental rate

    12-15 days: 2.5x rental rate

    16-19 days: 3x rental rate

  • At this time we do not offer will calls or pickups of any kind. Each order will be delivered to your event for a fee, which is based on the day of the week, and your event location. Thank you for understanding!

  • For rented flatware, dishes & serve ware:

    Please hot rinse and make sure they are free of debris before re-packing. Use provided foam between each dish when re-packing into dish crates.

    For rented glassware:

    Please hot rinse and load glassware upside down into provided glass racks.

    For rented linens:

    Please shake free of debris and load back into provided linen bag.

  • Upon reaching our storage facility, each order will be thoroughly inspected and counted to ensure the proper number of items in their proper state were returned. In the event that items are missing or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be accessed and passed on to the client. Should you find any missing item(s) within 7 days of pickup, simply call us and we will pick up the item(s). We will refund any item replacement fee (if one has been charged) upon receiving the item(s).

  • If any item is missing upon return to our warehouse, or if it is deemed damaged beyond repair, an item replacement fee will be invoiced to you. Current item replacement fees are based on the market value of the item (this is subject to change), and our ability to obtain the item (shipping costs etc.). Replacement costs are higher for our vintage and handmade pieces as these pieces are not easily replaceable. Item replacement fees are available in our rental agreement and upon request.

  • None of our current rental inventory is for sale, however, we will create an announcement to our email subscribers and social media followers if we ever decide to sell anything!
